Joining Central
Michigan HOG
To join the Central Michigan Chapter, you must first join the National H.O.G.® The National H.O.G.® membership form can be located at http://www.hog.com. For more information on membership fees please call 1-800-CLUBHOG. This membership is valid for 12 months from the registration date. You will receive all the pins, patches and magazine directly from H.O.G.®
Chapter requirements are:
1. Complete a General Membership Enrollment Form and Release
a. You can download the above form and fill it out. If you don't have
Adobe Acrobat reader, you can download a free copy here.
b. You can get one at a meeting or at C&S Sports Center.
2. We verify your National H.O.G.® membership.
a. Bring your National H.O.G. ® card to your first meeting.3. You attend a Chapter Meeting and bring all the above with you.
You should be given a Chapter Hand Book. If not, ask for the Membership Officer
and obtain one from them. If for any reason you don't obtain one right away,
everything in the Hand Book can be found on this Web Site. The Hog Wash
(our Newsletter) can be obtained at C&S Sports Center at any time. Once you are
a member, contact John Lyon (Webmaster) so he can get you added to our electronic
mailing list and the procedure to access the "Members Only" area of this web site.
Annual dues are $20.00
however, your 1st years dues are free if you are a new H.O.G member.
The annual dues period runs January through December. You MUST keep your
National
H.O.G. dues up-to-date to remain a member of Central Michigan H.O.G.
