The Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.®) is a National organization founded and sponsored by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Its membership consists of Harley-Davidson® owners and riders. The Central Michigan HOG Chapter is sponsored by Jim Stovak of C&S Sports Center, located in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. We are a group of Harley enthusiasts who meet regularly, plan rides and other events, and participate in supporting various organizations to raise money for different causes.

Our Chapter was founded in August 1987 under the sponsorship of W.R. Miller Harley-Davidson Sales and Service of St. Louis, Michigan. Since that time, our membership has grown from 25 members to over 200. In July 1994, the dealership was sold to C&S Sports Center in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. It was created for the purpose of enjoying the sport of riding our Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

Our goal is to have fun, ride safe, and promote the image of Harley riders as the diverse group that we are. We consider ourselves a family organization and encourage family participation.

Our HOG general membership meetings are held on the first Sunday of each month beginning at 10:00 a.m. Our meetings are held at the Shepherd Bar and Grill, located at 324 W Wright Ave, Shepherd, MI, Ph: 989-828-5530. The public is welcome to attend and if you wish to Join, you will need to attend a meeting.

We publish a monthly newsletter (The HOG Wash) which is designed to keep our members informed of club runs and events as well as other events occurring outside the Chapter.

Anyone interested in joining our Chapter must first have current membership in National HOG. You can do that by calling 1-800-CLUB-HOG or by signing up direct via their website at www.hog.com. Once your National membership has been approved and membership number received, stop by C&S Sports Center and pick up an application for membership or download the application form from our website. Fill it out and bring it to the next meeting. Annual dues are $20.00 however, your 1st years dues are free.

We hope that you will join us to share in the fun, camaraderie, and passion of riding your Harley.
